About Us
Lodestar Transaction Services is an independent, virtual Transaction and Agent Support Service company based in Spokane, Washington. Founded by Michael Nuttall and Tammi Thomas.
Tammi Thomas has been a residential and land broker for 19 years. After moving from Colville to Spokane in 2017, and after some encouragement, she began working toward certification as a life coach, working most often coached other agents. While that work was very satisfying, she still wanted to pursue a long time dream to build a business with her son Michael. Transaction Coordination and Agent Support Services seemed a perfect way to do both. In 2022 she decided to hang up her license and start focusing on how to support others AND work build a family business. Lodestar Transaction Services is the result.
Michael Nuttall is the co-founder of Lodestar Transactions. He was born in Alaska but has lived in eastern Washington since he was 6. He has been connected to the real estate industry from the age of 10, and this cultivated some interest in business. In 2022 he earned his Bachelors Degree in Business Marketing and minored in Economics, an education being put to use to help develop Lodestar. Interests include: continuing educational pursuits, music, gaming, technology, economics, sociology, psychology, business / business ethics, and mental / physical health.
